Step 2: Let the Dough Rise

Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl. Cover it with a towel and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size. After the dough has risen, place it on a well-oiled baking tray. Stretch it gently to fit, then cover again and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
